Merida is one of our "frozen semen" girls. We chose to use 15-year old frozen semen from Rod's first show dog Cooper for Chicory's final litter and were blessed with two girls.
She showed as a young puppy at the National Rotating in 2019 and sat out waiting to grow up a bit when the world shut down in March 2020 due to Covid-19. In the Fall of 2020, she started going to shows again and finished her Championship with 4 majors and all points won from the Bred-By Exhibitor class.
On her first day as a "move-up special", she was awarded Select Bitch over other specials and picked up points toward her Grand Championship.
Merida had a singleton girl on April 27, 2022 and welcomed 3 boys and 2 girls on June 14, 2023.
